This hotel is in a great location, near a metro station or subway according to reviews. Guests can enjoy a relaxing authentic onsen with an outdoor bath open almost 24/7, even if not staying. the breakfast buffet offers both Japanese and western options. the rooms are fair-sized, with options to choose from different wings. Guests enjoyed spending time at the loungers and drink service by the baths, as well as the outdoor rotenburo while it snows outside.
Some guests may struggle with language barriers, as this hotel does not cater to foreign guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the subway station just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the onsen which was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city trip, as it was in the heart of the action with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. the authentic onsen with outdoor bath and sauna was a fantastic and relaxing experience that we enjoyed multiple times throughout our stay. the buffet breakfast offered a mix of Japanese and western options, which was a nice touch.
The price of the hotel was quite high, although we felt that the amenities and location justified the cost. However, due to the hotel not catering to foreign guests, the language barrier made communication with staff difficult at times and made it challenging to fully understand the onsen protocol.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the onsen. It was a unique experience. the outdoor bath was my favourite. It was so relaxing to soak in the hot water, surrounded by the snow and cold weather. the buffet breakfast offered a decent variety of Japanese and Western food, and it was delicious. the hotel is in a great location, near the subway and a beautiful park.
The cost was a little bit high. it was worth the price.
